According to the World Book Encyclopedia......
"In Denmark, people decorate their Christmas tree with small paper cones filled with candy. Children are not allowed to see the tree until Christmas Eve."
These were created out of leftovers from 6x6 Designer Series Paper. Using buttons, grosgrain and gingham ribbon as accents, this an easy treat container to create in no time. Merry and Bright from the Holiday mini is the perfect whimsical accent for this set of paper cones.
Don't have any red paper filling for your cones? Don't fret! Cut a piece of cheap red cardstock in half and run it through your crimper. Then take the crimped page and run it through your paper shredder. Voila!
