Email Options:
If you would like to place your order through email, please include the items that you would like to purchase along with your complete address in your email. I will email you back within 24 hours to give you a final total which will include tax and Shipping & Handling specific to your area.
Snail Mail Options:
Please print two copies of the the Customer Order Form and fill out the date, the customer information and the products that you would like to purchase. Please then email me or call me (859-539-8010) regarding Shipping & Handling and tax information for your area. If a check is included with your order, please allow 4 additional days for your order confirmation.
