I can also send the gift certificate in a gift card holder for $5 additional (covers card, postage and delivery confirmation). If you choose to have it sent to you with a gift card holder, please specify what type of occasion card you would like to receive (i.e. birthday, anniversary, valentine's day - examples only below).
